Bel-Ray^® BRX™ Elite Full Synthetic dexos™1 Gen 3 Motor Oils are formulated from select synthetic base stocks and advanced additive technology approved by General Motors to meet their current motor oil specification. The advanced additive package also provides unsurpassed protection against LSPI (Low Speed Pre-Ignition) for modern gasoline direct injection (GDI) engines. The premium synthetic formulation delivers excellent oxidation stability and low volatility properties for maximizing oil drain intervals and resulting in reduced oil consumption between services. BRX Elite Full Synthetic dexos™1 Gen 3 motor oils provide aggressive resistance to sludge formation and varnish deposits during stop-and-go driving.

APPLICATIONS
Bel-Ray^® BRX™ Elite Full Synthetic dexos™1 Gen 3 Motor Oils are recommended for gasoline engines in passenger cars, SUVs, light vans and light trucks. The applications include GDI, multi-valve fuel injected, carbureted, turbocharged, and supercharged engines, and those needing to meet dexos™1 Gen 3 requirements.

The new GF-7A/B oil standard is focused on reducing engine wear, engine deposits, LSPI, and improving fuel economy

• Engine deposits control with more stringent requirements for piston cleanliness
• Robust pre-ignition performance via LSPI (low speed pre-ignition) control, which is important for modern TDI (turbocharged, direct fuel injected) engines

The new licenses are API SQ and ILSAC GF-7A/B, which are backwards compatible with API SP and ILSAC GF-6A/B
